😇 🌟My New Year’s Wish” 😇 🌟

😇 🌟“My New Year’s Wish” 😇 🌟

Here are my favorite nine photos from 2024. It was a fantastic year! I’ll share more about it later when I post my annual reflection. I hope you enjoy your New Year’s Eve festivities.

My wish for you in the New Year is simple yet profound: I hope you accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior. He loves you so much that He sent His only Son, Jesus, to die on the cross for our sins. This act had a tremendous purpose: to ensure that we have a place with Him in Heaven if we trust in and believe in His Son as our personal Lord and Savior. Trusting Him for our salvation is as easy as ABC.

A — Admit that you are a sinner. (Romans 3:23)

B — Believe that Jesus, God’s only son, was born and died on the cross for your sins. (Acts 16:31)

C — Confess and repent of your sins and ask Him to be the Lord of your life. (1 John 1:9)

Much love, Judy!

Some Bunny Loves You

“Some Bunny Loves You”

Judy Royal Glenn Photography

Easter is upon us, and it conjures many thoughts and emotions. Children look forward to the Easter bunny bringing a basket full of goodies, while others may take a different slant.

I personally love Easter because it reminds me of what my Lord and Savior did for me on the cross. Yes, He died a horrific death, but he rose from the grave three days later. He loves us so much!

It’s not about being a good person, doing the right things, or going to church that will grant you access to Heaven. It is having a personal relationship with Jesus.

Have you asked Him to be your personal Lord and Savior? If you haven’t, it would be the best decision you will make in your entire life.

That’s what Easter is all about:)

It’s as simple as ABC. A — Admit that you are a sinner. (Romans 3:23)

B — Believe that Jesus, God’s only son, was born and died on the cross for your sins. (Acts 16:31)

C — Confess and repent of your sins and ask Him to be Lord of your life. (1 John 1:9)

“But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners. Romans 5:8

His Love for Me

“His Love for Me”
Judy Royal Glenn Photography

During this difficult time of uncertainty because of the Coronavirus, you can rest assured God is in control.

Social distancing is something I’d never heard before this virus. You may be miles apart from your loved ones or feel miles apart from them in your own home. But God is with you every step of the way.

I don’t know what you are going through, but God is greater. ”You, little children, are from God and have overcome them, because greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world.” 1 John 4:4

Brian Littrell wrote a song titled Over my Head. Many years ago, I played it over and over a million times during one of the most difficult times in my life. Through his song, the Lord reached down and literally touched my heart and soul. He showed me the depths of His love for me. 1 John 4:4

Jeremiah 33:3 states, “Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know.”

Numbers 6:24-26 states, “May the LORD bless you and keep you;
May the LORD cause His face to shine upon you
And be gracious to you;
May the LORD lift up His countenance toward you
And give you peace.”

It is neat that this monarch butterfly looks like he is giving the flower a hug.

His Eye

“His Eye”
Judy Royal Glenn Photography

Today, I started singing the hymn His Eye is on the Sparrow. I asked the Lord to lay songs on my heart, to give me a word from Him, or to give me dreams.

Life has been difficult for me the last few weeks. Life can toss you too and fro but keeping my eye on the Lord has kept me centered. The Lord did not promise we would not see trials and tribulations, in fact, the Bible has many verses about it.

The Coronavirus has people up in arms. But, let me share with you a word from the Lord I received almost ten years ago. “When there is not enough…..there is……I AM!”

I wasn’t going through hard times when I received His word. It has ministered to me greatly in hard times.

Jesus said, “Look at the birds of the air; they do not reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?” Matthew 6:26

New Life

“New Life”
Judy Royal Glenn Photography

Raising swallowtail and monarch caterpillars was a privilege. Right before my eyes, I witnessed their amazing transformation into a beautiful butterfly.

When a person receives Christ as their Lord and Savior, the transformation is more miraculous! “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.” 2 Corinthians 5:17

As we remember Good Friday and the sacrifice of His death on the cross, remember also He rose from the grave. “He is not here, for he has risen, as he said. Come, see the place where he lay.” Matthew 28:6

I'm a little late on this but Happy Easter!

Flowing

“Flowing”
Judy Royal Glenn Photography

As we start Easter week, I wanted to post a photograph that depicted a reflection of Jesus.

Jesus died on the cross for our sins. His blood ran red, and He died a horrific death. Note the cross in the middle of the poppy with its flowing marks on the right side as though blood flowed down.

The good news is we celebrate Easter because He rose again!

If you don’t know Him personally, that is my prayer for you. I couldn’t do it without Him!

It is as easy as ABC:
A — Admit that you are a sinner. (Romans 3:23)
B — Believe that Jesus, God’s only son, was born and died on the cross for your sins. (Acts 16:31)
C — Confess and repent of your sins and ask Him to be Lord of your life. (1 John 1:9)

The Fingerprint of God

“The Fingerprint of God”
Judy Royal Glenn Photography

The fingerprint of God can be seen everywhere especially in nature.
It shows us there is a divine creator. You can see it in the clouds forming to bring much needed rain, to the sun bringing the right temperature to sustain life on our beautiful planet, to the radiant colors of a sunrise or sunset, or the beauty found in the different seasons.

Most of all, I see His fingerprint in the love between a momma bear and her cuddly cub. Their interaction is mesmerizing.

This weekend, I saw His fingerprint in the tender curves of a calla lily. The beauty found there is breathtaking.

I think that is why I love photography so much. Being able to capture the beauty found in His creation brings me so much joy. I even asked Him to help me photograph this flower.

If you don’t know Him personally, that is my prayer for you. He means the world to me and helps me meander through life!

I’d love to hear if you have made that decision…..please let me know:)

Where in nature have you seen the fingerprint of God?

Blessings! ~ Judy

Banking Left

"Banking Left"

I went to Berry College on Saturday and photographed the eagles, but my favorite photo of the day is of this tree swallow. Tree swallows are amazingly fast and can change directions on a dime. I'll save the story for a rainy day of how I captured it. One word really......Jesus!

Focus on the Lord

“Focus on the Lord”
Judy Royal Glenn Photography

This weekend, Megan, a former student of mine died from injuries sustained in a car accident. She was only 23 years old.

Life is so frail, and we never know when we will take our last breath. But God is faithful, and He is in control.

Megan is now with her Savior in Heaven because she put her faith in Jesus—the One who died for her sins. I can’t imagine what she is seeing in Heaven right now.

When things in life seem to be spinning out of control, we need to keep our eyes focused on the One who is in control of the whole universe. Just as in this photograph, I had to keep the camera totally still to maintain focus on the tree while turning the lens, we too need to be still and keep our eyes focused on the Lord.

Please pray for her family:)
