😇 🌟My New Year’s Wish” 😇 🌟

😇 🌟“My New Year’s Wish” 😇 🌟

Here are my favorite nine photos from 2024. It was a fantastic year! I’ll share more about it later when I post my annual reflection. I hope you enjoy your New Year’s Eve festivities.

My wish for you in the New Year is simple yet profound: I hope you accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior. He loves you so much that He sent His only Son, Jesus, to die on the cross for our sins. This act had a tremendous purpose: to ensure that we have a place with Him in Heaven if we trust in and believe in His Son as our personal Lord and Savior. Trusting Him for our salvation is as easy as ABC.

A — Admit that you are a sinner. (Romans 3:23)

B — Believe that Jesus, God’s only son, was born and died on the cross for your sins. (Acts 16:31)

C — Confess and repent of your sins and ask Him to be the Lord of your life. (1 John 1:9)

Much love, Judy!

My best of nine for 2023…

My best of nine for 2023…

Judy Royal Glenn Photography

My best of nine photos I posted this year showcase the beauty and splendor of Cades Cove. Funny how all my top images were taken in the Cove. The Cove is my second home. I feel close to God while outside in the beauty He created.

These photos bring back so many memories—that’s what I love about photography!

The top middle photo is a video of three cubs strolling down Loop Road with their momma. The two deer photos are the same because a hub on Instagram shared my picture on their hub.

Fear Not

“Fear Not”
Judy Royal Glenn Photography

This past year has been hectic for many people because of the COVID-19 virus. Isolation, anxiety, fear, stress, grief, and depression can have devastating affects on the body. Give all of it to Jesus and trust in Him!

Let these verses wash over you. May they bring you comfort!

“Be still and know that I am God!” (Psalm 46:10, NLT).

“Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand” (Isaiah 41:10, ESV).

“I want you to be free from anxieties” (1 Corinthians 7:32, ESV).

“Say to those who have an anxious heart, “Be strong; fear not! Behold, your God will come with vengeance, with the recompense of God. He will come and save you” (Isaiah 35:4, ESV).

“He will cover you with his feathers. He will shelter you with his wings. His faithful promises are your armor and protection” (Psalm 91:4, NIV).

“But those who trust in the LORD will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint” (Isaiah 40:31, NIV).

“When anxiety was great within me, your consolation brought me joy” (Psalm 94:19, NIV).

“For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord” (Romans 8:38-39, NIV).

“And which of you by being anxious can add a single hour to his span of life?” (Matthew 6:27, ESV).

“I sought the LORD, and he answered me and delivered me from all my fears” (Psalm 34:4, ESV).

“When I am afraid, I put my trust in you” (Psalm 56:3, NIV).

“So we don’t look at the troubles we can see now; rather, we fix our gaze on things that cannot be seen. For the things we see now will soon be gone, but the things we cannot see will last forever” (2 Corinthians 4:18, NLT).

“Looking Forward” "Aldora"

“Looking Forward”
"Aldora"
Judy Royal Glenn Photography

As well as reflecting back on a year, I also like to look forward into the new year. Although, we are not promised tomorrow.

This year I will be celebrating my 30-year wedding anniversary. Marriage not always easy, but it good at the same time. Sometime this year, we will be taking a trip to celebrate. I have a lot more research to do!

Hopefully. I will get to see and photograph a lot of wildlife. There is so much about Tennessee to learn!

I don’t know how many hummingbirds and monarchs are here, but I hope to raise more monarchs.

Of course, there is Cades Cove. It is my second home. Only living an hour away is a dream come true!

This is Aldora—a monarch butterfly. She was a sick caterpillar, and her wings did not form correctly. She did not get a Monarch Watch tag since she will not be migrating to Mexico.

She lived her few days to the fullest. I put her on plants to feed but also fed her nectar I made. She enjoyed being in the sunshine!

I enjoyed caring for her and loved her so!!
