His Love

“His Love”
Judy Royal Glenn Photography

Did you notice the heart on the ladybug? I noticed it while editing the image.

Valentine’s Day was last week—some people love the holiday because they have a significant other. Some don’t enjoy it because they don’t have one. They may have even lost their loved one to death.

You may not think you are truly loved on Valentine’s Day or any day, but you are. God loves you very much. His love for you is deeper than you can even imagine.  Deeper than any human can fathom.

“But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners. Romans 5:8 “We love because he first loved us.” 1 John 4:19

In Memory Of

“In Memory Of”
Judy Royal Glenn Photography
Please read below….

I wanted to give you the opportunity to have a gulf fritillary butterfly to be released in memory of one of your loved ones. I released some butterflies this way last year, and it was very touching for everyone involved.

This is my first time raising these caterpillars. I have 16 chrysalises that will enclose (become butterflies) in the next week or so and 15 more caterpillars.

To be fair, it will be for the first ones to leave a comment. Please leave their first and last name in case I have two with the same first name. I will try to take photos and maybe a video, but there may be too many requests to do so.

Did you know that butterflies have a mind of their own? Some love to stay on the flower I put them on whereas others want to immediately fly away. So, I can’t make any promises of a photo.

A neat note–they are also called the passion butterfly. What a special butterfly to honor your loved one.

I am having technical issues replying to comments. I don't know how to fix it.
If I can get a photo of your butterfly,  I will post it either on my Facebook account. Click here.
Or my Instagram account. Click here. Or my Flicker account. Click here.
Either way, I will list all the names on my posts.

Free

“Free”

I love to watch the horses in the pastures of Cades Cove. My favorite time to photograph them is when they are set free in the pasture after their long day of riding on the trails.

The mane of this beautiful horse is half black and half white—it flows in the wind as he charges through the field.

Is It Monday Already?

“Is It Monday Already?”
Judy Royal Glenn Photography

Visiting my friend’s farm and her fuzzy farm animals is a treat. The llamas and alpacas were out in the field, and I wanted to photograph them. There is one way to gather them in—food.

My friend, Jo, put their food in a tin pot and they came calling.

This alpaca is not excited that it’s Monday already.
